Returns & exchanges can be made within 30 days of your receipt of goods (excludes belts). All returns and exchanges require a credit order number. You may use the return/exchange form to request a credit order number.
We do not accept returns of:
- Belts – Because belts are custom made to order they may not be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to verify you are ordering the correct size before placing your order by following the instructions on a belt product page. When in doubt please call us toll-free at 1-888-232-4917 for assistance.
- items that are used, worn, damaged, or missing parts
- personalized items such as Leather Name Belts.
- special order sizes, or colors.
